• ​Participants should be aware of their health condition, and consider whether it is suitable for them to enroll in the recreation and sports activity. Able to swim at least 50M with clothes in the sea, able to stay alone in the sea. Participants should obtain the declaration before enrolling in activities organized by HK Aqua-bound Centre. Participants under 18 should obtain the written consent of their parents/guardians.​

• All participants must have activity experience to rent equipment.

• For all rentals, age under 8 years old, parents / guardian must be with children.

• For all rentals, aged under 15 years old, parents / guardian must accompany with children.

• For all rentals, aged under 18 years old, can attend the activity on their own, but with parental permission.

• For all courses, age 8-12 years old must attend private course for all courses.

• All courses are valid for 3 months from the date of confirmation.

• Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable after confirmation.

• Please attend on time after appointments are confirmed. If participants fail to attend on time, the time will not be replaced.

• No shows will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee.

• Postponement must be noticing 48 hours in advanced.

• When Typhoon Signal No.3 or above and Black Rain Storm Signal hoisted during the 7 am weather forecast, the course will be postponed. When Strong Monsoon Wind Signal, Typhoon Signal No. 1, Thunderstorm Signal and Red Rain Storm Signal were hoisted, activities will be held as schedule. Centre has direction to cancel for the sake of safety.

• The bookings for all courses / rental should be made 7 days in advance. Otherwise, please contact our Centre for availability.

• Participants must take care of all equipments. If damaged or lost, they will be compensated according to the price.

• The equipments must be returned before 6pm. The Centre will charge a late fee of $200 per hour.

• You need to bring along with your identification document, swim suits, caps/hats, one pairs of toe and heel covered shoes, t-shirts, sun block lotion, etc.

• Our Centre provides lockers for rental and shower facility.

• Payment could be transfer to FPS ID: 69365004 or bank transfer to BOC Account Number: 012-933-1-0047678 or paid by cheque (payable to HKABC) and WhatsApp message the payment receipt/record to 852 9269 5969.

• HK Aqua-bound Centre reserve the final right of decision on all matters.
